The apartment is 110 m2 and it is ideal for couples with children. The rooms are furnished with 2 single beds each and 2 bathrooms; one with shower and the other one with bathtub.
The apartment is on the fourth floor, in a building with elevator. Enjoy a nice breakfast or dinner in the 13 m2 terrace from where you will be able to have an incredible view to the sea and the promenade. The balcony has a table and 4 chairs. The living room has a modern sofa where you can rest, read a book or take a nap. The adjoining dining area has a table and chairs for up to 8 people. There is only one AC unit in the apartment but we can provide you with fans if you request them. The kitchen has everything you may need during your holiday: microwave, dish washer, oven, gas stove, fridge with freezer and a lot more! Of course you will find washing machine, iron and iron board. Please, mind that pets are not allowed!
The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect, as you can walk everywhere: sand beach (10m), restaurants and bars, pharmacy, shops, supermarkets, taxi rank, surgery, bus stop, etc. The bus frequency is every 15 minutes towards Puerto de Alcudia, Puerto de Pollença and other directions as Palma. The beach is just down the road and it is perfect for children due to its shallow waters and gentle swell.
In Can Picafort you will find any kind of restaurants: fresh fish and meat, pizza, tapas and traditional Majorcan food. If you only want to have a snack, you will find bars and ice-cream shops in the promenade! You will be able to find shops, souvenirs and groceries. The 2 main supermarkets are on Artà road, where you will find petrol stations as well.
Nearby Can Picafort there are other beaches that are worth to visit: Playa de Muro, Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Puerto de Alcúdia or Puerto de Pollença. You will love to visit the town of Alcudia, with its cobbled streets, churches, squares and the old wall that surrounds the town. It is a good place to stop for a stroll and a drink in one of the bars. The local market has place on Tuesdays and Saturdays and there is a lively environment. Don’t forget to visit the Roman ruins of Pollentia!

Nice local neighbours, tremendous view and comfortable terrace, tasteful modern furniture. Sea and snorkel area just a view steps ahead. We can absolutely recommend it.
A very nice, big house in the old town. With arches from 1771! We enjoyed it very much.
The house is great. You have enough room, beautiful pool and everything is clean. Two minor issues: 1. The owner can only speak Spanish, so that can be difficult. 2. The bed in one of the rooms was clearly at the end of his life.
The service from 'Charming Islands' was perfect. They are 24hours available and the service is good and swift.
We had a great vacation.
Absolutely perfect stay. The apartment and location were brilliant , close to the beach and near to amenities. The owners were lovely. And the chalet/villa was lovely. Would highly recommend it!

perfect appartment! the location in the old town of pollença, very close to the plaza major with all its restaurants and bars, was great. nonetheless, its was quiet and we got all the peace and sleep we needed. Everything was clean, modern and spaceful and the owner nice, helpful and uncomplicated.

Appartment is great, very well situated in the center of Pollensa. Joanne is very sympathic. Do not rent this appartment during the last july week if you expect to sleep, this is the annual local party, and its very very noisy... otherwise we would recommend it
Die Lage der Wohnung ist traumhaft. Im neunten Stock eines Neubaus läßt es sich sehr schön mit direktem Blick auf die Bucht sitzen und frühstücken. Allerdings wäre es uns lieb gewesen, wenn die Wohnung (speziell Bad und Küche) ein wenig gepflegter gewesen wäre und wir mehr Raum im Schrank gehabt hätten.
Anstrengend war auch das Finden der Wohnung. Da auf der Bestätigung der Anmietung lediglich die Strasse (nicht im Navi zu finden) und die Hausnummer vermerkt waren (wobei es zwei Eingänge der selben Hausnummer gibt) und die Klingelknöpfe nur mit 9a, 9b und 9c ohne Namen benannt sind mußten wir die Agentur anrufen, um über sie den Wohnungseigentümer zu bitten, uns vor der Haustür abzuholen. Erschwerend kam dazu, dass die Hauseingänge selbst nur durch eine geschlossene Autoeinfahrt oder eine ebenfalls geschlossene Tür für Fußgänger erreichbar waren. Erst mit einem einfahrenden Auto kamen wir in die Anlage, um dann die schwierige Suche nach der richtigen Wohnung beginnen zu können.
Der Kontakt zum Wohnungsgeber sollte im Vorfeld durch Wimdu unbedingt direkt möglich gemacht werden.
