Amazing house with private pool and sleeps 5 people.
The house offers the following amenities: a room with double bed and one with twin beds, bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with satellite TV and stereo with CD.
Outside has a cozy covered terrace for dining al fresco enjoying the view and a pool with solarium and sun beds ideal to take advantage of good weather. Located in the middle of one of the beautiful palm groves of the village of Santa Lucia, the house offers a tropical paradise perfect for a few days off.
Located in Santa Lucia is worth a visit this historic and within walking distance to the famous Fortress Ansite, a volcano in which there are numerous caves and Aboriginal burial room, which was found a large amount of archaeological material. Similarly, this strength can be discovered burials in natural caves, normally associated with the towns of room.
Another attraction we locate at El Museo Castillo de la Fortaleza, located in the town of Santa Lucia, is another recommendation to the visitor, since it is of high historical and cultural interest. The archaeological museum is basically, as set out remains found in archaeological sites in the area. It is also possible to see elements ethnographic, botanical and related to zoology. Around this museum is a garden where we can appreciate the existence of native plants and fruit trees from different latitudes.

HusreglerThe price of accommodation per night will be busy. The price includes the cost of water, electricity, gas, bed linen and towels. The rent shall be a minimum of 7 nights.
All users without exception, must have in order his personal and family documents for either a passport or ID card, according to the nationality of the visitor.

Irregularities and / or deficiencies that the customer can find in the rented property must be communicated as soon as possible and during the stay to the owner. This will solve in the near future any defect or failure and even proceed to change the property if so deemed, provided that the reasons given are proven to be true. Any claim made after leaving the property will not be addressed because they lack the most basic criteria that could process the claim.
It is your responsibility to leave the property in the same state it found it, held responsible for all damages and impairments caused by the negligent action. It is also your responsibility at all times conform to the exact number of occupants who made the reservation. Under no circumstances will the maximum number of people booked, this will enable the owner or manager implementation of relevant measures (supplementary charge or eviction).

Beautiful situated after a ruff road. Inconvinient with kitchens location in the house and no heating, very cold!
Not enough heating in the rest of the house. Woods for the fireplace was brought to us the last evening.
Very nice Cotage, terass and garden. Well equipped. Good location. Clean and a lot of space. Also nice to pick fresh oranges for the breakfast juice in the garden.
Sleeping rooms uppstairs and the stairs are a little bit tricky ! One week was not enough.
Everything was okay, except for adress. In advertisment and in message from owners there are two diffirent adresses, and we couldn't find the house at first.
The owner (Antonio) was very pleasant and brought for us some fresh oranges and lemons :)
A sweet little house up in the hills on the island. The owners were lovely - they gave us wood for the fire which was fabulous on winter evenings. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely holiday.
Our family spent one week during christmas at this beautiful place. We arrived late at night. The housekeeper met us at a nearby restaurant and showed us the way to the house and the facilities. The temperature in the saltwater pool was quite low but fortunately we had nice weather during the whole week and it was no mayor problem. The pool is shared by two houses, we were lucky to have it for ourselves since the other house was not occupied during our stay. There are generous facilities in the pool area including fridge, dishwasher, barbecue. The standard in the house is above average, it is well equipped with laundry, TV and so on, comfortable beds and very clean. The house i situated at the end of a road, surrounded by palm trees and cactus, very calm (despite the sound of the barking dogs in the village), far away from the mainstream tourist villages. The nearest supermarket is at Agaete, a 20-25 min ride on a VERY curvy road.
A pretty, cosy house in very peaceful and quiet surroundings. Lots of good walking paths in the vicinity. Beautiful mountain scenery. Modest food shops and restaurants in the village a couple of kilometres away. A perfect place if you are looking for peace and quiet and nature experiences.
Very nice house in a small beatiful village in a vally surounded by mountains. If you want to get away from alle the tourist resorts, this is the perfect place. Do visit Rock Nublo, but be aware that you have to do a lot of mountain driving :-)
The house, with it's own garden, a small garage and a sun terrace (with barbicue) is a gem. Getting in/out of the garage takes some learning but do-able in a small car. There is street parking about 150m away. The house is large, a very relaxing house with a vally view to the sea from from the terrace. It was a pleasure to stay there. It is on a hill so keeps you fit. There is a small supermarket (but very good) within walking distance. Unlike may proerties, this house has enough space for 6 without being cramped or using temporary beds - it has three good bedrooms, a TV lounge, a large sitting room and a reasonable kitchen - perhaps a bit cramped for 6 in the kitchen, but it works. I have given 4 stars, the only reason not to give five is the hill acces for a car.If you use a big car - then you would need to park 150m away. Conclusion:- It is a lovely house and garden, well worth the effort of climbing the hill, secluded, not overlooked, a real gem.
We had a very nice week on Gran canaria. The house had a good size for us and the Telde area is very good if you want to make tours all around the island. It is almost necessary to have a car as the house is pretty far from everything. The house is nice with many rooms, a big bathroom and two small ones. There is a pool wich was nice for the adults but it was too deep for small children.
