An executive and luxurious apartment in a fantastic location, that can comfortably sleep 4 guests. *New property for November 2012.
Enjoy all that Edinburgh has to offer as you're only a 10 minute bus journey from Princes Street and the heart of this fantastic city, including all the major city centre shopping areas. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a contemporary development overlooking one of Edinburgh's golf courses.
It features beautiful spacious rooms, ceilings typical of a property of this style.
The modern living/dining room benefits from a lovely aspect to the rear of the property overlooking the golf course. A large LCD TV, DVD player and wifi internet access are provided for guests use. The large modern quality furniture includes a dining table seating 6.
There are 2 double bedrooms, the master bedroom has a kingsize bed and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom can be arranged as with either a kingsize or as a twin, thanks to hotel style zip and link beds. Both bedrooms benefit from large built-in wardrobes, offering ample storage for guests.
The beautifully appointed kitchen features all required appliances and includes a breakfast table seating 4.
A family size bathroom with shower over bath completes the accommodation.
You will find excellent access to a major bus route (within 250 metres) with the bus journey to all central Edinburgh locations costing £1.40 and taking 10-15 minutes.
The apartment is within easy walking distance to Edinburgh Zoo, Scotland's second most popular tourist attraction after Edinburgh Castle. There you can see the new Giant Pandas recently arrived from China, Tian Tian (Sweetie) and Yang Guang (Sunshine) in their fabulous new Panda enclosure.
Rugby games and music concerts at Murrayfield Stadium are just 1 mile away. Locally Corstorphine has many local shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The apartment is also only a short drive to the Gyle Retail Park (Marks & Spencers, Next, GAP) and nearby business parks including South Gyle and Edinburgh Park, home to major companies such as RBS, HBOS and HSBC.
A refundable security deposit of £200.00 is payable 14 days prior to arrival, incase of any breakages or damages. This security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of daparture.
You will receive an email confirming your booking, this then forms a contract of booking.
You are not permitted to sub-let the property (or any part of the property).
You must vacate the premises without demand on the agreed departure date (at the agreed time). The hirer is responsible for the condition of the property and it's entire contents during the hire period, fair wear and tear accepted. The hirer will report any damage or loss to the property manager as soon as possible and prior to departure.
You agree to pay to cover any loss or damage caused, please see Security Deposit details below. At all times, the property must be kept in a clean and tidy condition. We may charge you for any unreasonable amount of cleaning required after your stay.
You agree to prevent any party members from causing a nuisance or disturbance to other residents/neighbours. You agree that the hired premises will be secured when unoccupied during your stay. You agree that owners/agents will be allowed access to the property if required.
It is recommend all guests obtain personal holiday insurance to cover

The very best apartment ever, since we made city-trips. Super view and there is nothing, we missed. Busstop service 10 is 1 minute away and brings you directly to the city-centre. Next time in Edinburgh, we would like to stay there again.
Nice flat in a peaceful surroundings walking distance from the center of Edinburgh - even though there was also public transport to the center. The apartment had everything what a 5-6 persons would need at their holiday home. It was a cosy, neat and tidy place to stay. Nearby you can find couple of groceries. Worth the price!
The apartment was a bit further out than we had anticipated, however it was nice to be away from the hustle of the festival. We enjoyed the proximity to Stockbridge and walked most days into town. The apartment was clean, warm and spacious. The kitchen is really well appointed and had lots of useful tools with which we could cook a nice meal.
Die Lage ist mittelmäßig. Ca. 10Minuten Fußmarsch bis zur Bushaltestelle an der Easter Road. Sehr schlecht zu erreichen ist der große Sainsburry ggü den Gleisen. Als wir in der Nacht ankamen (25Pfund extra für late Check-in!!!) begrüßte uns ein schrecklicher Gestank in der Küche, der von dreckigem Besteck kam. Die ganze Küche roch danach. In einem Zimmer war das Bett dreckig (Haare und Flecken auf der Decke) und im anderen Zimmer sind die Matratzen komplett durchgelegen. Bitte an die Besitzer: neue Matratzen kaufen.
Da wir uns z.Zeit im Urlaub befinden, werden wir unsere Bewertung zu einem späterem Zeitpunkt abgeben. Inzwischen haben wir mehrmals insistiert ein von uns bezahltes Deposit von 200 GBP zurück zu erhalten - leider ohne Erfolg - obwohl es hiess " innerhalb von 5 Tagen erhalten sie ihr DEPOSIT zurück "

Bare totalt i orden. Meget flot lejlighed. Nemt at få varme og skrue ned igen. Dejlig overdækket altan til rygere !
Prachtig en rustig gelegen appartement. Veel zorg voor details, werkelijk alles was aanwezig. Er bleef niets te wensen over. Het was maar een lang weekend, maar dit verblijf nodigt zeker uit tot een langere vakantie naar Edinburgh/Schotland in de toekomst met een verblijf in hetzelfde appartement.
