Disgusting place with NO love in it, i have pictures of everything im telling in this text, and i only gave it 1 star because i had to. We arrived at 9.30am at the office and was told in a mail that if we arrived outside the office opening hours (10am-6pm) we could go and get the keys our self. We were informed how to get into the office in the mail,. We went into the office in the believe that we could get the keys. One of the workers were there and told us that we couldnt get the key before 2pm. I was kind of upset when she told me that they ment it to be 6pm-10am and not the opposite.. Thats like writing a totally different day.. When we finally after a 4,5hour wait came into the apartment Me and my friend for some reason missed the "you will share the bath and kitchen with other guests", so we we're quite disappointed about that. The stairs that led to the apartment was dirty, smelly and quite disgusting. The door to our room looked like it had been tried pushed in, and did n o t close proberly. The window was cracked from top to bottom and held together with a big seethrough sticker. The upper windows was filled with birdcrap, really dirty. The radiator was SO hot. And nothing to turn it down with. The room was like a sauna. In the kitchen there was a closet with linen and towels jusy threwn into it, with big chunks of dust in it, i was horrified to think if our sheets and linen had been in there.. We had to share a towel to dry hands in with 4 other guests,, it wad not very nice. The listing for the apartment says that the cleaninglady is very good and lives up to very high standards.. The handles on the cabines in the kitchen was disgusting and dirty. And the "fan" thing in the kitchen was SUPET dusty and looked like it had never been cleaned. The toiletseat was only hinged on one side and the matt around the toilet was stained and grose. We bought some food and put it in the shared fridge, when we came back a few hours later everything was gone. We got it refunded but was told that "the maid didnt take it, and so didnt the other guests". Well someone musy have took it. The location was great, but i was and still am disapointed. VERY disapointed. I would n e v e r recomment this place to anyone. Non of the rooms in the pictures on the listing was available to us, so be aware that you might get another room, kitchen and bath than in the pictures.
The office was easy to find, Romina friendly and prepared to hand us the key. Realy close by to Victoria station, one of the most important stations of london with good connections to the city centre by bus or sub. Just a few seconds from the office, we found the door which led to our room. The entrance let us wonder about the rest of the house; dirty, smelly and moist. could do with some vacuming...Luckily there was an open door to a outdoor platform at the first floor to find some fresh air. Then we entered 'our' part of the house; realy glad to find out that this part was clean. The room and bed were small, but no trouble there. Nice matrasses and sheets. The bathroom a bit outdated and missing some tiles, but again: clean and usable.
We were very happy to stay at an apartment in the Rosetti house. It was about 10-15 minutes walk from Victoria station in a very calm area, close to the river. The room was spacious and clean and the kitchen was fully equiped - just perfect for a few days stay. The self check-out was quite easy as well and our overall experience was wonderful! I recommend this apartment and I believe that all the future guests will be also satisfied and happy!
The flat is in a very good position, close to Tate Britain. It was clean, bright and warm. However, the kitchen lacked basic equipment such as a bread knife, can/bottle opener, corkscrew, coffee machine/pot, teapot and cutting board. The lighting was rather dim and not bright enough for reading..
Communication with the owner / office staff was difficult prior to the stay (E-mails weren't answered until 2 days before start of the rental). On arrival office staff were very friendly and helpful though.
All in all a good place to stay in central London.
Nice quiet location near Pimlico tube station (which is a 5 minute walk).
Also grocery stores, pubs en restaurants nearby.
Room is simple but clean (with free wifi). Comfortable bed.
Kitchen is ok. Bathroom and toilet need attention by owner.
Price is maybe a bit high for quality room, but not for location/facilities.
Everything was perfect organised. Before arrival we received all necessary informations and check in instructions. Its really good system, which let make check in at any time. Location is great and apartament was as described, close to Victoria station and very close to supermarkets, bus stop and restaurants. Only what disturbed us a bit at night - was noise from the street. We enjoyed our stay and we will recommend this accommodation to others.
This is exactly as advertised. This is not a palace but if you are looking for a safe convenient place to stay this works. A large room on bottom floor of an apartment complex. Bed is comfy. Shower/ bath down the hall is quite large and water was hot and plentiful. Only concern was we ran out of toilet paper just before we left. Could not find more anywhere. Kitchen was small but adequate as we kept little there.
Victoria station is an 8 minute walk through great streets. Cafes, bars, restaurants with food from around the world. Bus 24 stops 100m away and runs to many of best sites. Travel is easy from here.
Victoria area very safe. We would stay here again both for price and location.
The pictures do not correspond to the real rooms.
In reality it is less nice and less clean.
Nevertherless, the location is nice.
The communication with Alan was difficult
The apartment was as described, close to Victoria station and very close to supermarkets, with a nice check-in system enabling you to check in at any time. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The shared kitchen and bathroom were also clean, the kitchen was quite small however, with the table and chairs in the middle there was no way to cook when others were eating.
All in all very pleased with the quality we received for our money :) Would consider staying there again next time in London!
