With windows on two sides, the spacious living room is full of light and has attractive views of the Old Town, North Bridge and Calton Hill. There is a coal-effect gas fire and a comfortable dining area. The three-seater sofa converts in to a double sofabed, and there is a comfortable armchair and window seat. A TV, a selection of books and wall-to-wall carpeting complete the home comforts.
The modern kitchen is well provided with crockery, cutlery, glasses and kitchenware, as well as a washing machine, fridge, freezer, cooker and microwave. A pulley suspended from the hall ceiling is a traditional way of drying clothes.
The double bedroom is fully carpeted and attractively furnished. The bathroom is partly wood panelled and has a wash-hand basin and bathtub with shower over.
The apartment has gas central heating and double glazing. The price of gas, electricity and local taxes is included. For the comfort of future guests.
During Edinburgh Festivals and the Hogmanay (26.12.-06.01.) there is a minimum stay of 7 nights.

Sehr gemütliche und saubere Wohnung. Mitten in Edingburgh und daher sehr zentral gelegen. Sehr gute Betreuung von Seiten des Vermieters, von der Schlüsselübergabe bis zu den Wegbeschreibungen hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Auf diesem Weg ein Dankeschön an Martin für den Willkommenswein und das Gebäck.

We stayed 3 nights at 23 Cordiner's Land. And enjoyed the stay very much! Edinburgh is a fantastic city and Martin provides great service to make the stay as smooth as possible.
- Perfect location within Edinburgh's old town
- Very responsive communication
- Every bit of essential information provided e.g. how to get to and fro, how to adjust heating, turn on/off the shower, etc.
- Even a folder with information for the appartment and its neighborhood is provided
- Well maintained
- All the inventory one could need on a sightseeing trip
- only one thing: the towels. Some were smelly, others did not look washed.

Nice (and indeed spacious) apartment in a nice and quiet street only a 15 minute walk away from Princes Street and Waverly Station. Bus stops in all directions are available in a few minute walking distance. Everything worked perfect and we enjoyed our stay in Edinburgh.
Very friendly hosts and spacious appartment. All sightseeing is a stone throw away, shops and restaurants in walking distance. The stairs are tricky with a pram but the pram can be parked securely in front of the flat's door.

Martin was very nice and the appartment is 20 min to royal mille, very near to supermarkets and a beatiful neighbourhood. The appartment is very nice and clean.
Great experience, very central, four people can live quite comfortably
Great apartment with a perfect location close to just about everything :-) The apartment is spacious (we were two people staying there) and even though it is so centrally located in the city, there was almost no noise at night - an important thing when you value a good night's sleep ;-) Everything regarding the booking went very smoothly, Martin send us the keys in advance along with a very detailed description of how to find the apartment. All in all it was a delightful experience to rent this apartment, and we would definitely love to come back another time.
