In the exterior area of this villa you have access to 1 chlorine, 8x3m, pool, which has a depth ranging from 1,1m to 1,8 m, an outdoor shower, and a fixed barbecue to enjoy cooking outdoors. Around the pool there is a 15 m2 private paved area, where you can relax in one of 3 loungers at your disposal. In the property, there are 2 porches, a 10m2 furnished one, where you can enjoy eating outdoors, and a 17m2 one, which is right in the area where the house’s main door is located; it also has a 13m2 terrace on the 1st floor that is on the front facade of the house and which can be accessed from two of the bedrooms; and 1 8m2 balcony on the rear facade of the property and which can be accessed from the 2 other rooms of the 1st floor. This house has 1 garage to park your vehicle and the privacy can be considered partial.
The cozy, air-conditioned living room with fireplace is the ideal place to relax watching satellite TV or reading a good book. The furnished dining room is located in the same room and is the ideal place to enjoy lunch and dinner with your family and friends. The kitchen has a small opening which connects with the dining room, facilitating the communication between the two rooms. This kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes, including an electric stove. This property has an independent laundry room where you will find 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. In the house there are 5 bedrooms: 2 of them have 1 double bed and wardrobes (1 of them is air-conditioned), another 2 have 2 single beds (these two rooms are air-conditioned and one of them has a wardrobe), and the last room, which is located on the ground floor, has 1 single bed and a wardrobe. The house has a total of 4 air conditioning devices, and 1 crib for the little kids, in case you need it. There are a total of 3 bathrooms, all are complete, have a bathtub and 1 of them is located in suite.
This property’s surroundings are very quiet as the town of Colonia de Sant Pere is not very touristy. In the vicinity (about 4km away) you will find beautiful coves like Cala Na Clara, which is known for its clear waters and tranquility. You can also take a walk or rent a boat to take a trip because such services are offered in the area. If you just want a fine white sand beach, just 14 min. you can drive to the Son Serra de Marina, which is also characterized by its pristine waters and its wide beach. This beach area has a restaurant which serves fresh fish. If you prefer a cultural visit, only 7 min. away driving there is the village called Betlem, in which you can visit the chapel.

Mr Tony a été un Monsieur charmant qui venait tous les soirs pour nourrir les animaux.
La maison est très bien même si pour la trouver le premier jour ce fût un peu difficile car la route n'est pas répertoriée sur Google.
Très belle propriété et surtout mention spéciale pour PETITE la chienne qui est un amour !!!!

Sehr großzügige Finca. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders die Außenanlagen haben uns sehr gefallen. Der Kontakt war wirklich gut. Auf alle unsere Fragen gab es schnell eine Antwort.
Die uns angegebene Adresse stimmt allerdings nicht. Wir haben es unter den Koordinaten gefunden.

maison très agréable dans un quartier sympathique même si beaucoup de maisons sont en travaux en hiver.
la maison est très bien équipée mais n'est pas vraiment faite pour y vivre en hiver.
dommage que la consommation de l'électricité soit à prévoir et que son prix soit si élevé environ 6€ par jour.

Great location with easy access to several very nice hiking routes. We really enjoyed staying in the area, close to Fornalutx, Soller and Port the Soller - so many beautiful places and views! The owner gave us a warm welcome and showed us how everything worked around the house. We had snow a couple of days while we were there, and it would have been nice if the house was a little better insulated or had a better heating system this time of year (February). The beds were not the best quality but apart from that everything was fine. We can imagine that when the weather gets a little warmer, it will be a perfect place to stay - then you can truly enjoy the three terrasses and the outdoor kitchen.
El apartamento tiene una situación estupenda y una buena reforma, pero no está bien conservado, alguna persiana rota, una ventana no cerraba, el microondas quemado en un lateral, las bandejas de la nevera deterioradas...además, la limpieza no era muy satisfactoria (encontramos pelusas por el suelo, las toallas tenían manchas, así como el edredón)
Por otra parte, nos dejaron artículos de aseo y muchas toallas, lo cual es de agradecer.
A la hora de reservar y gestionar la llegada, recibí emails privados por un lado y correos por Wimdu dándome informaciones contradictorias sobre el pago de la fianza, primero me dijeron que no hacía falta, después me mandaron mails solicitando 300 euros, volvieron a decirme que no hacía falta, recibí otro mail solicitándolos otra vez..finalmente hablé con Wimdu y me dijeron que no eran 300 euros sin 200. Nuevamente escribí a la agencia para comentar que de que forma debia pagar la fianza y me dijeron que en mano al recoger las llaves, pero a la vez, a mi correo personal me llegaban mails diciendo que debía hacer transferencia. Nosotros recogíamos las llaves en un buzón, por lo que no podíamos realizar el pago en mano, y aunque lo comuniqué, no me contestaron nada al respecto. A la llegada, las llaves estaban sin problema en el buzón acordado, y al día siguiente me llamaron de la agencia dos veces, primero de la central para saber si estab todo bien (comuniqué que la ventana estaba rota, pero nosotros no teníamos inconveniente ya que no usamos ese dormitorio), y mas tarde de la oficina de Gandía, quienes muy amablemente me pidieron disculpas por el tema de la fianza.

Bei Ankunft einen Obstteller im Kühlschrank - nette Geste! Haus roch etwas muffig, musste zuerst gross gelüftet werden, danach war es gut. Schöne Orangen-/Zitronenbäume stehen zur Selbstbedienung im Garten. Freundlicher Hausabwart, der abends kurz vorbeikam. Sehr schmale Betten mit unbequemer Matratze. Man braucht ein Mietauto. Gut geeignet für zwei Parteien, die miteinander Ferien verbringen möchten. Preis-Leistung stimmt.
Das Haus liegt eingebettet zwischen anderen Häusern im ruhigen Dorf Alaro, ca. 30 Autominuten vom Flughafen entfernt.
Das Haus ist sehr schön gestaltet und überraschend groß. Auch mit einer größeren Gruppe wird hier jeder seine Ruhe finden.
Der Innenhof mit Pool ist von den Nachbarn komplett abgeschottet, sodass man jederzeit seine Privatsphäre hat. Auch auf der oberen Terrasse bekommt man von den Nachbarn nichts mit.
Der Ort ist wunderbar gelegen, um die Insel zu erkunden - Auto vorausgesetzt.
Im Ort gibt es viele sehr guter Restaurants die auch preislich angenehm sind.
Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft, als auch die Agentur von Angela - die jederzeit sehr behilflich ist, uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
